The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave and coffee maker; it overlooks the airy living room with a large window.
RENT CONDITIONS: The monthly price includes electricity and gas utilities up to a maximum of 100€. In case of excess, extras will be deducted from the security deposit. Details will be specified on the rental agreement.
Condominium, Wi-Fi, water and contract fees are included in the monthly rent.
Early termination: after at least one month, you can give at least 30 days' notice of termination from the last date of release of the property;
We apply a daily contract: the monthly rent is calculated on the exact days and on the basis of 30 days: for example December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc...;
Check-in and check-out times will be communicated once the reservation is finalized.

LEASE AGREEMENT:
- It is mandatory to have a valid Tax Identification Number in order to sign the rental contract;
- The rental contract must be signed before entering the apartment, otherwise we will not be able to check in within the agreed time.
The cost of initial and final cleaning (mandatory cost starting from €150.0) which varies depending on the size of the apartment.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
1) reservations of duration 1-3 months: deposit equal to 1 month's rent.
2) reservations of duration 3-6 months: deposit equal to 1.5 monthly rent
3) reservations of duration 6+ months: deposit equal to 2 months' rent
