RENTAL CONDITIONS:
Condominium fees, Wi-Fi, water and contract fees are included in the monthly rent.
Early termination: after at least one month, you can give at least 30 days notice of termination from the last date of release of the property;
We apply a daily contract: the monthly rent is calculated on the exact days and on the basis of 30 days: for example December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc...;
RENTAL CONTRACT:
- It is mandatory to have a valid Tax Identification Number in order to sign the rental contract;
- The rental contract must be signed prior to entering the apartment, otherwise we will not be able to check-in on time.
The cost of initial and final cleaning (mandatory cost starting at €150.0) which varies depending on the size of the apartment and the cost of contract registration (€110).
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
1) reservations of duration 1-3 months: deposit equal to 1 month's rent
2) reservations of duration 3-6 months: deposit equal to 1.5 monthly rent
3) reservations of duration 6+ months: deposit equal to 2 months' rent
