The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, electric kettle, dishwasher and cooking utensils, and will allow you to prepare quick snacks or full meals.

Large balcony furnished with table and chairs.

The Fonte Laurentina area where the apartment is located is a new district with large green areas, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, newsstands and services. Bike paths and fitness trails. Excellent accessibility of the GRA, near Campus Biomedico Hospital and Cecchignola Military City.
The area offers numerous possibilities for spending free time immersed in culture and nature. In fact, along the ancient Via Laurentina you can see numerous archaeological remains dating back to the time of the ancient Romans as well as the remains of an ancient inhabited center of the 8th century BC. Of great historical interest is the adjacent necropolis that you can visit on weekends. Then there is a nature trail that will allow you to take long walks during the milder seasons. The Nature Trail Fosso del Ciuccio is almost a kilometer long and offers both pedestrians and cyclists a place for recreation and activity. The path, sometimes unpaved and sometimes paved, will allow you to visit the place even in sub-optimal climate conditions: rich in fountains and benches, along the previously mentioned necropolis. There is also an area dedicated to picnics and a playground for children, where you can come with your children to spend some time outdoors. In the surrounding park you will find the homonymous Ciuccio stream and dense vegetation with numerous blackberry plants.

The flat can be reached by bus line 044 with a stop at Via Castel di Leva, 500 meters from Metro B Fermi, alternatively line 797 at 900 meters from the Metro B terminal in Laurentina. The new F10 trolleybus fast line (300 meters) has been just opened, which connects the district directly to the Laurentina Metro B terminal. The house is easily reachable by car from both Fiumicino and Ciampino airports. It is not far from the A1 Rome-Naples motorway.

At check-in we will need to record the details of each guest, as provided by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.
